Benedettogear.com does not have any method available for obtaining specific information about customs, or import taxes and we encourage customers to check with their local authorities before placing an order.

Shipping Rates FOR CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY:

We calculate our shipping cost based on the subtotal of your basket at checkout. Our shipping rates based upon subtotals are as follows:

• $0.00-$30.00 = $5.95 shipping charge
• $30.01-60.00 = $8.95 shipping charge
• $60.01 - $140.00 = $11.95 shipping charge
• $140.01 - $300.00 = $15.95 shipping charge
• $300.01 - $600.00 = $20.95 shipping charge

Returns Policy

When you shop at Benedetto Gear, you can shop with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 30-day 100% Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with a product sold by Benedetto Gear for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 10 days of delivery.  There is no re-stocking fee. 

To start your return, simply reuse the original packaging and ship the product(s) to be returned with trackable means to the address below. Please include a note with your order number stating your reason for returning the product:
